We asked HotelME, a hotel search app that works inside ChatGPT, to “find hotels near Hakata Station where I can use the Kyushu Fukko-Wari, on weekdays in November.” One of the results was Nest Hotel Hakata Ekimae (ネストホテル博多駅前), a five-minute walk from Hakata Station (Hakata-ekimae, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka). HotelME is a service provided by MetroEngines Inc., the company that runs HotelBank. The dates and prices below are search results as of October 31, 2026 (JST) and do not guarantee availability or that the discount will apply.

Under Fukuoka’s “Kyushu Fukko Ouen-wari Fukuoka Campaign” (九州ふっこう応援割 ふくおかキャンペーン), direct bookings with the property get 50% off the total accommodation charge, capped at ¥20,000 per person per trip (not per night). At Nest Hotel Hakata Ekimae, you choose the eligible plan on the official booking site, the hotel applies the discount, and you pay at the property. For a November 3 (Tue, public holiday) check-in, the pre-discount price shown on the official booking page on October 31, 2026 was ¥15,916, and HotelME’s estimated post-discount price was ¥7,958 (calculated). Both are reference prices for two adults, one room, one night in total, including consumption tax (accommodation tax and bathing tax extra).

What Kind of Hotel Is Nest Hotel Hakata Ekimae?

Nest Hotel Hakata Ekimae is a 160-room, entirely non-smoking hotel at 2-11-27 Hakata-ekimae, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City. According to the official website, it is a five-minute walk from JR Hakata Station and five minutes on foot from Canal City, six minutes by subway to Tenjin Station, and ten minutes by subway to Fukuoka Airport. The official booking site also notes that from Fukuoka Airport you can get off the subway at Gion Station and walk about one minute from Exit P4 of the Hakata Gion underground passage.

There are five room types (12–30㎡): Double 12㎡, Double 15㎡, Twin 18㎡, Triple 23㎡ and Barrier-free. The official website says, “Every room is furnished with a quality Simmons bed and feather pillows that promise the best sleep.” Breakfast is a Japanese, Western and Chinese buffet, with Hakata local dishes alongside the standard menu (serving hours and price are not listed on the official website, so please check when booking). Facilities include free Wi-Fi, vending machines, an ice machine and a coin laundry (paid). Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Outdoor parking is ¥1,500 per night, first come, first served, with no reservations (as stated on the official booking site). Under the Fukuoka Prefecture and Fukuoka City schemes, accommodation tax of ¥200 per person per night (room rate under ¥20,000) or ¥500 (¥20,000 or more) is charged separately at the front desk.

Kyushu Fukko-Wari Eligible Dates and Prices (as of October 31, 2026)

A HotelME search on October 31, 2026, for two adults, one room, one night, confirmed the eligible plan on sale at Nest Hotel Hakata Ekimae for a total of 20 check-in dates in November. Of these, 19 are weekdays: Sunday–Thursday check-ins, excluding nights before public holidays. The terms HotelME showed were: prefecture direct-booking window “accepting”, 50% discount, cap of ¥20,000 per person per trip, discount applied by the hotel, and payment at the property.

The eligible plan is the “Kyushu Fukko Ouen-wari Fukuoka Campaign eligible plan [no meals]” on the official booking site. Prices in Table 1 are for the non-smoking 12㎡ “Double Room (2 guests)”. It has one 140cm-wide double bed, shared by two adults. We took the Sunday–Thursday check-in dates (excluding nights before public holidays) between November 3 and 16 that HotelME confirmed on sale, opened each date on the official booking page on October 31, 2026, and listed in Table 1 only those dates on which this room was confirmed on sale under this plan. November 15 (Sun) was shown at ¥67,160, higher than the other dates in the table. On the same date, this plan’s 15㎡ Double Room was also high at ¥69,920. How to Book and What to Watch For

Direct bookings through the hotel’s official booking site or by phone are eligible. On the official booking page, enter your dates and number of guests, then select the “Kyushu Fukko Ouen-wari Fukuoka Campaign eligible plan [no meals]” yourself. The November 3 check-in, two-adult example can be opened on the official booking page. Confirm and select the dates, number of guests and eligible plan on the booking site.

According to the official booking page, bookings made on or after September 24, 2026 are eligible for the discount. This plan’s stay period is October 18 to December 15, 2026, and it is on sale until December 14 (the plan description gives the campaign’s eligible stay period as October 1 to December 15, with check-out by December 16). Payment is at the property, and you need to sign a usage certificate and complete other steps at check-in. The cancellation fee shown on the official booking page is 0% of the room charge on the day of stay and 100% for no-shows. Fukuoka’s campaign FAQ states that accommodation tax and bathing tax are, in principle, not covered by the discount.

Note that the campaign may end before the end of the period if the prefecture’s budget runs out. The remaining budget and application of the discount are not guaranteed, so treat the “accepting” status as of October 31, 2026.
