Marriott International has signed an agreement with Hiroshima Hospitality LLC, a subsidiary of Pacifica Hotels LLC, to open the first “Courtyard by Marriott Hiroshima” in Hiroshima Prefecture. The hotel is scheduled to open in early 2027 and will be located in a 17-story building in Mikawa-cho, with 183 guest rooms.
“Courtyard by Marriott Hiroshima” will be conveniently located near Hondori and Kamiyacho, the main shopping and business districts of Hiroshima City, with good access to Hiroshima Station. Additionally, it is close to Hiroshima Castle, Peace Memorial Park, and the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Atomic Bomb Dome, making it a convenient location for sightseeing.
The hotel plans to offer 183 open guest rooms with multi-purpose spaces and free high-speed Wi-Fi. An all-day dining restaurant with a semi-open kitchen will also be available, along with a fully equipped fitness center. This will provide a space for relaxation after business or sightseeing, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines during their travels.
