Toho Hotel ZONK Hakata has launched a plan that lets guests stay for a flat ¥99,000 per month (tax included), with no minimum commitment period.
Toho Housing Co., Ltd. (東邦ハウジング株式会社), which operates the Toho Hotel ZONK series and the goom series — 20 buildings with 527 rooms centered on Hakata-ku and Chuo-ku in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka — began selling a plan on December 1 that allows unlimited stays for a flat ¥99,000 per month (tax included), with no minimum commitment period. The offer, held at Toho Hotel ZONK Hakata (Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City) — opened this July, a 7-minute walk from Hakata Station — commemorates the opening of Toho Housing’s 20th building. Purchasers of the “Monthly Plan (Subscription)” can stay at ZONK Hakata, which held its grand opening this July, whenever they like for the duration of their monthly membership.
Beyond accommodation, subscribers can also sign up at the same time for optional subscription plans for the on-site coworking space “Toho Office Hakata,” the fitness room “Toho Fitness Hakata,” and the “ZONK BAR&LOUNGE.”

The brand’s official website moved to a new ZONK HOTEL site launched in November 2024, which lists six properties in Fukuoka City (Hakata, Nakasu, Nakasu Deaibashi, Haruyoshi, Haruyoshi Teramachi-dori and Tenjin Watanabe-dori).
