Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc. has signed a business collaboration agreement with ECOMMIT Co., Ltd. to promote resource recycling efforts. This partnership will launch new initiatives contributing to a circular economy and CO₂ reduction. Specifically, Nomura Real Estate will install dedicated collection boxes for unwanted clothing and miscellaneous items at its commercial facilities and hotels. Nomura Real Estate Group is beginning the permanent introduction of the resource recycling service “PASSTO” at five of its commercial facilities and four directly operated hotels. The service has also been implemented in four existing condominium properties following discussions with management associations.
