Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of the new “Hotel Toranomon Hills” in Tokyo on December 6, 2023. This hotel marks the debut of Hyatt’s “The Unbound Collection by Hyatt” brand in Toranomon Hills. Toranomon Hills is recognized as an international new city center and a global business hub, poised to be a base for “bleisure” travelers who combine business and leisure.
David Udell, Group President of Hyatt Asia Pacific, expressed honor in collaborating again with Mori Building Group. He positions this new hotel as symbolizing both the completion and a new beginning of the Toranomon Hills project. The Unbound Collection is a brand that features unique hotels with rich stories, and there is an anticipation that this new hotel will provide guests with a special experience.
Shingo Tsuji, President and CEO of Mori Building Co., Ltd., also expressed joy that the new hotel’s opening will contribute to the further development of Toranomon Hills, reflecting their long-standing collaboration with Hyatt in pursuing high-quality hospitality.
The hotel is located near the Imperial Palace and has excellent access to Ginza and Roppongi. The design is by the Danish design duo “Space Copenhagen,” featuring a minimalist Scandinavian design aesthetic in its interiors.
The hotel has a total of 205 rooms, including the distinctive two-story top suite, “Toranomon Suite.” Inside the hotel, there is the unique “The Lounge” and “Le Pristine Tokyo,” a restaurant and café supervised by Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman, offering guests a new culinary experience.
