Sanfrecce Hiroshima Co., Ltd. is set to welcome the “Edion Peace Wing Hiroshima” as its new home base, with the grand opening scheduled for February 1, 2024. Starting from the 2024 season, the company plans to hold a “Kick-off Presentation” to introduce the appeal of this new soccer stadium. The stadium, a seven-story building covering an area of 49,914 square meters, boasts the largest seating capacity in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions, with approximately 28,520 seats. It is located in the heart of Hiroshima City.

The concept of the stadium is “Bringing cheers and relaxation to the city center,” making it a symbolic landmark suitable for the international peace city of Hiroshima, equipped with world-standard facilities. The stadium also features several visitor attractions, including the “Hiroshima Soccer Museum” and the “Peace Wing Official Store.”
At the soccer museum, visitors can learn about the history of soccer in Hiroshima and the talent development for the future of Sanfrecce Hiroshima through interactive content that communicates the joy of soccer. Meanwhile, the official store, operated jointly with Fanatics Japan, offers a wide range of products including club merchandise and specialty products from Hiroshima Prefecture, thereby conveying the allure of Hiroshima to tourists.
The stadium achieves world-class audio and lighting performances with the country’s largest main vision and full-perimeter ribbon vision, as well as competitive lighting and moving lights, allowing spectators to experience an overwhelming sense of presence and dynamism.
In terms of culinary culture, a comprehensive contract with Aim Services introduces a new stadium gourmet concept, “Eat Through the World’s Leagues!” offering about 150 gourmet items and player collaboration menus.
The Edion Peace Wing Hiroshima is named with the hope of “permanent peace and soaring into a bright future with dreams and hope.” This stadium aims to be a place where people from all generations and countries can gather, enjoy, celebrate, and relax, aiming for a vibrant atmosphere 365 days a year, including non-match days.
