APA Group Opens ‘Coast Seattle Downtown Hotel by APA’ in Seattle, Expanding into the North American Market
Hotel Exterior (Source: APA Hotel Co., Ltd.) APA Hotel Co., Ltd., which boasts the largest hotel network in Japan, has completed the acquisition of Hilton Seattle located in Seattle, Washington, through its wholly-owned subsidiary APA Hotel USA, Inc. The hotel will be renamed "Coast Seattle Downtown Hotel by APA" and will be leased and managed by APA Hotel USA, Inc. This hotel will be the first owned property in the United States for the APA Group.

(Source: Tokyu Corporation) In October 2022, Tokyu Corporation, Niseko Tokyu Resort Co., Ltd., and Tokyu Resorts & Stay Co., Ltd. signed a comprehensive partnership agreement with Kutchan Town to form an all-season international resort. Based on this agreement, the companies announced the second summer opening of “NISEKO HIRAFU GREEN PARK” and other summer activities starting on Saturday, July 13th. Niseko is known for attracting many tourists during the winter ski season, but efforts are being made to rediscover the region's charm during the summer "Green Season," aiming to attract many tourists from both domestic and international sources.

Marriott International: Signs Agreement to Open a New Hotel in Central Hiroshima City
(Source : Marriott International) Marriott International has signed an agreement with Hiroshima Hospitality LLC, a subsidiary of Pacifica Hotels LLC, to open the first "Courtyard by Marriott Hiroshima" in Hiroshima Prefecture. The hotel is scheduled to open in early 2027 and will be located in a 17-story building in Mikawa-cho, with 183 guest rooms.
