On January 30, 2024, Mori Trust Co., Ltd. acquired ‘Fairfield by Marriott Osaka Namba’. This hotel is located in Namba, a popular area in Osaka, and is just about a 5-minute walk from Namba Station. The surrounding transportation network, including Nankai Namba Station and JR Namba Station connected by the Naniwa-suji Line, provides direct access to Umeda Station, Shin-Osaka Station, and Kansai International Airport, with an expectation of increasing tourist demand in the future.
